DIFFICULTY LEVELS EXPLAINED
This system is designed to help clients think through and understand the level of physical difficulty they are seeking. It's important both at the early stages of the 9-month Partnership Journey, when members are providing input to help design the adventure and at the point of signing up for the adventure that is presented to the member community. The 4 levels should not be considered rigidly. For instance, a flat 16km walk can be significantly less physical than a 4km steep mountain ascent.
