At Mountain Coach, we exist to Motivate Movement, Develop Local Community and we firmly believe that Fitness Powers Adventure. Our 9-month journeys give gyms and fitness studios a unique way to bring these beliefs to life — keeping members training with purpose, strengthening bonds within their community, and turning everyday fitness into an Alpine adventure. The outcome? Members stay longer, advocate for their gym, and attract new sign-ups — driving retention, loyalty and revenue for your studio.

WHY CHOOSE MOUNTAIN COACH
As the gym, you pay nothing and you make money through IMPROVED RETENTION and MEMBER ADVOCACY.
OUR SOCIETAL GOALS AND BELIEFS
1. We want to MOTIVATE MOVEMENT within the communities we serve.
2. We want to DEVELOP LOCAL COMMUNITY, as we fiercely believe that people need to have meaningful connections in order to thrive.
3. We believe that fitness should be used beyond its physiological benefits and therefore that FITNESS POWERS ADVENTURE.
OUR GUIDES
All our adventures are led by International Mountain Leaders (IMLs) - highly trained professionals certified to the highest standard in high-mountain trekking. Recognised across Europe and beyond, the IML qualification is equivalent to a university degree under the European education framework.
Every IML wears the UIMLA badge - a mark of rigorous training, mountain safety expertise, and professionalism. Whether in summer or winter, you can trust them to deliver safe, inspiring, and expertly guided adventures.
